We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Fixed Income Product Specialist.

 In this role you will need:

• Lead Fixed Income Specialist to drive growth in fixed income products for Retail Wealth (Premier and Premier Elite segment)


• Deliver fixed income strategies, market commentary and product solutions for private bank and retail wealth clients.


• Support IWPB Premier Relationship Managers and Investment Specialists in providing Fixed Income recommendations and maintenance of advisory bond list.


• Place and execute orders for Fixed Income products received via OMS


• Design and approval of new or materially changed fixed income products, ensuring they meet both global and local regulatory requirements, aligns with global strategy, and addresses customer needs; maintain thorough documentation of the product design process for proper audit trail.


• Participate and conceptualize on platform related projects to enhance workflow, automation and streamline processes. This includes delivery, UAT and commercialization of the project post go-live.


• Manage trading and product regulatory risk items to ensure adherence and minimize operational risk.

To be successful you will need:

• Prior experience in private banking and wealth management or buyside asset management industry with strong knowledge of fixed income products


• Relevant qualifications in Finance or Economics or related disciplines. CFA charter holders well regarded


• Strong understanding on fixed income platform and industry trends would be an advantage


• Demonstrated enthusiasm and practical experience applying AI to improve trading/advisory workflows


• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required


• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA automation and scripting; with proven ability to build and maintain Excel/VBA tools and automations.

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
