Job Description - Frontline and Administrative

Seeking a customer-focused and organised Customer Service & Administrative Executive to support frontline operations and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional frontline customer service and attend to walk-in, email and telephone enquiries.
  • Process applications, verify documents and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Support appointment coordination, document preparation and administrative processes.
  • Assist with counter operations, case management and follow-up on outstanding matters.
  • Maintain records, support digitisation of documents and perform general administrative duties.
  • Provide logistical support for daily operations and carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English and mother tougue
  • Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using online systems.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42  hours per week
