Full Stack Java Developer

Role: Full stack Java developer

Key Responsibilities

• Hands on design, development, testing and deployment of UI and server-side services and applications supporting the business
• Build interactive responsive websites, ensuring the technical feasibly of the UI/UX designs
• Have a detailed eye for design and layout
• Working closely with the Global ETT teams to take the platform to the next level.
• Providing support for the desk with product related questions or issues.
• Be a team player

Key Requirements

1. At least 2 years of experience with ReactJS
2. At least 3 years of experience with HTMLS, CSS3 and Javascript / Typescript
3. Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
4. Strong familiarity with asynchronous programming, knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming
5. Ability to write well documented and clean JS code
6. Understanding of REST API, document request model, and offline storage
7. Experience working with Redux (or Sagas/Mobx) and ES6
8. Build reusable components and libraries for future use
9. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON WEB token
10. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM
11. Experience in writing unit tests using Jest, Karma
12. Familiar with Shell Scripting/Python and Java
13. Experience with Agile development / automated testing.
14. Excellent communications skills, prior experience in business facing role.
15. Experience of working in a distributed development environment (Git/JIRA/gradle/npm etc.) Laser like focus in identifying automation opportunities/process simplification.
