Sales Support Coordinator (2 years contract), Singapore - Your future position?


As Sales Support Coordinator, your overall objectives will be:



  • Contribute to the account strategy execution in collaboration with respective Account Managers for the assigned client portfolio 

  • Support the sales team by efficiently managing client requests and ensuring smooth communication and information flow 

  • Ensure a high quality client service and relationship reinforcing Givaudan's perception as a preferred partner and contributing to the business growth of the client. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships internal stakeholders 

  • Coordinate development projects from project entry to completion, ensuring a smooth flow of information, samples, product data, and quotations. 


You willl be responsible for:


Project management support: Actively support the KAMs in the project process, such as: 



  • Registering the projects in the internal system making sure all the parameters are correct. Making sure samples are shipped, honouring the deadlines 

  • Ensure price maintenance : create quotations, register NBOs and answer price workflow on a daily basis 

  • Preparing full submission package for the clients (incl. submission deck, pricing tables, regulatory & technical documentation) 

  • Maintaining the project pipeline clean and up-to-date

Your professional profile includes: 



  • Bachelor’s Degree holder with an interest in Fragrance industry
     

     


  • 5 years of working experience in the admin 

  • Fluent in English 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Strong customer service and decision making skills 

  • Strong organizational skills and time management 

  • Detailed orientated and accurate 

  • Project management skills 

  • Problem solving skills 

  • Flexibility and agility 

  • Listening skills 

  • Learning agility 

  • Ability to deliver quality work under pressure and prioritize to meet deadlines 

  • Proficient with key IT applications - MS Office suite
