HR and Admin Head

Job Description:



1. Support company development strategy and provide efficient and high-quality HR management and administration services. 2. Be responsible for defining and implementation of human resource management policies and rules, and improve when needed according to relevant laws and regulations and the company's development needs. 3. Combine the company's development strategy and make the proper human resource plan; Allocate the human resources according to the surrounding market situation, and ensure the corresponding employee succession plan will be developed. Be responsible forannual recruitment plan making, and implementation. 4. Management training and development. Provide relevant consulting services to employees and provide training in HR management and related tools within the company. 5. Responsible for the definition and implementation of remuneration system, ensuring it compliance with company policies and national regulations. 6. Build an excellent company culture, and help build a positive teamspirit within the company. 7. Responsible for the employee's visa processing, entry and exit records, management of hotel reservations, and schedule arrangement.In charge of file management, security and cleaning related affairs in Singapore branch. 8. Other tasks assigned by the head of Singapore branch.





Requirements: 1. Fluent in both English and Mandarin. 2. 3-5 yrs working experience in relevant fields, human resource management or other related major. 3. Attention to detail, process, and results-oriented; 4. Bachelor degree. 5. Singapore residence
