As part of their quantum growth project to welcome 4,000 learners in 2025, they have retained Timeo to recruit 2 dedicated HR Business Partners who will be at the heart of the organisation's growth journey and act as change catalysts to some key transformation projects.
Main objectives of the role
You will be one of the change catalysts ensuring the success of transformational programs such as:
Digital transformation of employees hire to retire cycle (HCM implementation and user adoption program)
Teachers professional development path design and implementation project
Personal data protection processes implementation (trustmark certification)
As HR Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of the organization's growth journey. Working closely with school leaders, you'll spearhead recruitment efforts for both academic and non-academic staff. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting and implementing onboarding programs to ensure every new member has a seamless and successful start.
With a population of approximately 200 staff and managers, you'll serve as a pivotal point of contact, guiding them through a smooth and enriching employee journey.
But that's not all! In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead school wide missions focused on employee engagement, wellbeing, or learning and development to mention a few.

Key requirements for the role:
A seasoned HR professional with 10-15 years of generalist experience, ideally within the services industry.
Proven expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management.
Proficiency in both French and English languages.
A champion of interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building.
