Key Responsibilities
⢠Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
⢠Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop job descriptions
⢠Source candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies
⢠Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications
⢠Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment record
⢠Coordinate and administer training programmes in accordance with the company's training calendar
⢠Liaise with external training providers and manage training logistics
⢠Track training attendance, completion records, and course evaluations
⢠Assist in identifying training needs through surveys and feedback from departments
⢠Support submissions and claims under government-supported training schemes (e.g. SkillsFuture)
⢠Maintain up-to-date training records and prepare reports for management review
⢠Other HR General Administrative ad-hoc work support
Requirements
⢠Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
⢠1â3 years of relevant HR experience
⢠Knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act
⢠Familiarity with government training schemes (e.g. SkillsFuture, WSQ) is an advantage
⢠Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
⢠Strong interpersonal and communication skills
⢠Organised, meticulous, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Working hours:
Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
