Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented HR professional to support both talent operations and HR/office operations as we scale our Indonesia business. This role combines recruitment coordination, vendor management, payroll support, and day-to-day HR operations.
What You’ll Do
Talent Operations & Vendor Management
Manage hiring pipelines for sales roles through external recruitment agencies
Act as the key point of contact for recruitment vendors, aligning on hiring requirements and candidate profiles
Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure smooth candidate progression across hiring stages
Track pipeline performance and maintain visibility of hiring progress
Monitor vendor performance (quality, speed, conversion rates) and optimise partnerships
Support hiring campaigns and ensure timely fulfilment of hiring needs
HR Operations, Payroll & Office Administration
Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with payroll vendors
Maintain employee records and HR systems in compliance with local regulations
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination
Handle day-to-day HR operations such as leave tracking, attendance, and employee queries
Support office administration, including vendor coordination, supplies, and basic facilities management
Assist in implementing and improving HR policies, processes, and workflows
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or vendor management
Prior exposure to payroll and HR administration is preferred
Experience working with external recruitment agencies or high-volume hiring is an advantage
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Comfortable working with data, tracking pipelines, and managing reports
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
