Job Description - Infrastructure Engineer, Systems

Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing cloud-native Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) server operating system (OS) services.

Proficient in provisioning, configuring, and maintaining virtual machines in cloud and on-premise, load balancing capabilities, and storage accounts in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.

Familiar with deployment and automation tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., ARM templates or Terraform).

Basic knowledge of server hardening, patch management, and system performance tuning.

Able to support system monitoring, backup and recovery operations (including knowledge on immutable backup), and troubleshooting in both on-premise and hybrid cloud environments.

Understands key concepts in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy in cloud-integrated environments.

Works collaboratively with infrastructure, network, security, and database teams to ensure secure and stable server operations.
