Job Description

Specifically for the Contractor role, LGT has a large remediation project, and GIA has been tasked to Validate the remediation actions taken, which cut across various risk topics.  The Contractor support would work together with the existing GIA team to enable successful execution. 

Overall key responsibilities include:

• Plan, execute, document, and report on audit engagements in accordance with the approved audit plan and Internal Audit methodology.
• Perform audit procedures and control testing to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and complete audit working papers that appropriately document procedures performed, evidence obtained, and conclusions reached.
• Ensure audit documentation complies with Internal Audit methodology, quality assurance requirements, and applicable professional standards.
• Identify control deficiencies, process inefficiencies, and instances of actual or potential non-compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse and communicate audit findings in a clear, structured, and concise manner, including the associated risks and recommended remediation actions.
• Support the Head of Internal Audit, Singapore in meeting management, Board and committee, Head Office, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the annual audit planning process, including risk assessment activities and the identification of audit priorities.
• Assist in responding to requests from management, Head Office, and regulatory authorities, as required.
