This award-winning international law firm is built around private capital, advising entrepreneurs, family offices and internationally mobile individuals alongside a broader corporate and dispute resolution practice. With offices spanning the UK, Asia and the Middle East, the firm has developed a genuinely global private wealth offering, working seamlessly across jurisdictions on succession, tax and cross-border structuring for its clients. The Singapore office, backed by the firm's Asia leadership, is expanding its private wealth capability and is looking to appoint a Partner — or a Legal Director/Counsel, depending on the size of the practice brought — to help build out this offering locally, working alongside the firm's established private wealth team in the region.

WHAT

The successful hire will advise a sophisticated, international client base — including regional and international families, family offices, entrepreneurs and other internationally mobile individuals — on succession planning, wealth structuring, trusts and cross-border tax matters. The role carries genuine autonomy to shape and grow the Singapore private wealth practice, working closely with colleagues elsewhere in Asia and the firm's wider global private wealth group. Day to day, the role combines complex technical advisory work with active relationship management, supervision of junior lawyers, and a leading role in the team's ongoing business development.

YOU

You will be a private wealth specialist with a strong track record advising international and regional families and family offices on cross-border succession and structuring matters, gained at partner level or as a senior counsel/legal director with a smaller but high-quality practice. You will be qualified in a common law jurisdiction (England & Wales, Singapore, Australia or a US state), and bring a portable book of business or a loyal client following capable of transferring to and growing within the platform. You will be entrepreneurial, technically excellent, and comfortable operating with real autonomy in a growing regional practice.
