Job Description

• Organize and monitor warehouse inventory levels; process purchasing orders and track orders.
• Record purchases, maintain inventory database, and perform physical stock counts.
• Supervise Logistics Admin Staff and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Contribute to process optimization and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile inventory with system reports.
• Monitor and validate inventory, perform cycle counts, and check for short-dated products monthly.
• Follow SOPs and best practices for warehouse operations.
• Ensure timely shipment deliveries and execution of operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage shipment flow and inventory.
• Assist Warehouse Manager with project implementation and ad-hoc logistics needs.
• Process and document returns according to established procedures.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or its equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
