Job Description - IT Business Analyst (Business Intelligent, 12 months contract + 2 months completion bonus)

To propose Predictive Analytics PoC to provide actionable insights for digital initiatives with Technology through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. This is a contract position for 12 months with 2 months completion bonuses with a budget of up to S$8,000 per month. The location is International Business Part at Jurong East.

Responsibilities:

Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, scripting language (Python, Perl) or Microsoft Power BI experience a plus

Perform quantitative analysis and data mining in order to identify trends and ongoing opportunities with a sales oriented mindset

Design models to capture predictive signals that aid in solving business problems

Build out a set of insights covering who/when/how/why for Sales professionals to action on

Interpret results of analysis to Sales professionals in an efficient and effective way

Collaborate with Sales professionals to marry expertise with predictive intelligence

Create a client-centric model and correlate client profile and Sales related behavior to enable a highly targeted outreach strategy

Develop innovative techniques to validate recommendations through measurable Sales lift

Influence multiple senior level stakeholders to embrace the adoption of analytics in the organization

Create and lead a high performing team to deliver focused analytics solutions

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in relevant field with at least 3-4 years relevant working experience preferably in a technology organization or department

Microsoft Power BI skills an added advantage

Good critical thinking skills

Highly accountable, dependable and takes initiatives

Strong communicator and able to follow through

A good team player and passionate to see task to completion with speed

Ability to work under pressure of meeting deadlines under a fast-growing workplace

Matrix management skill, including working with ambiguity and across organization boundaries

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with peers from oversea (prefer)

Committed, structured and delivery-focused approach

Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business process and use them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources. (prefer)

Excellent analytic, interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage colleagues, along with a broad understanding of the businesses they support

Experience working with external partners such as customers, and vendors in process improvement projects

Ability to initiate ideas and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
