Job Description - IT Business Analyst (PMO, 12 mths contract + 2 mths completion bonus)

Responsibilities:

Provide consistent and professional Project Management Office (PMO) support for the IT Projects and Portfolio of IT Projects by collaborating with country IT Business Partners & Technical SME (global partner / local vendor).
Assist in shaping the business requirements to solid business case and turning into the project to execution and closing documentation.
Support for project management include resource coordination, documentation, testing, go live preparation.
Responsible for maintenance of the standards of IT project management, Portfolio of projects and processes in the PMO.
Support the successful delivery of programs through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
Assist project managers and teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches.
Monitoring projects against time, budget, and quality standards.
Business case preparation and support to go through the review process.
Change management for the global rollout project / modification.

Qualifications:

Degree with 5 to 10 years work experience with at least 2 years’ experience in the IT PMO Office.
Excellent Project management skillset.
Well-honed writing skills, tactful verbal/interpersonal communication abilities.
A good team player and passionate to see task to completion.
Ability to work under pressure of meeting deadlines under a fast-growing workplace.
Matrix management skill, including working with ambiguity and across organization boundaries.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with peers from oversea (prefer).
Committed, structured and delivery-focused approach.
Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business process and use them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources. (prefer)
Excellent analytic, interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage colleagues, along with a broad understanding of the businesses they support
