Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
Helps maintain the Singapore IT Blueprint
Develops and maintains IT architecture frameworks, inventories, methodologies and standards and provides governance oversight to ensure alignment of various IT initiatives.
Liaises with requesters on demand related to new IT solutions and initiatives and assists with market scan for new initiatives and selection committees.
Business Performance and Management
Support program/projects by providing overall business/technology architecture design and alignment within the bank’s architecture and other programmes.
To translate high level business transformation strategy into application, data and technical architecture design requirement and its fitness in the existing architecture environment in comply with the group’s enterprise architecture standards.
To design and develop solution architecture patterns and work with the enterprise architecture team in identifying common reusable patterns and standardize them across the group and country level for the identified business domain area.
To provide feedback and improvements over the standards, methodologies, processes and best practices to the enterprise architecture team to review and update enterprise architecture standards both at the group and country level.
To provide technical expertise advice in all aspects of the solution designing, including infrastructure and product (e.g. scalability, security, availability, integration).
To provide sound technical impact/ risk assessment in relation to requirement changes in a highly integrated applications environment.
People Management
This is an individual contributor role with room for mentorship and thought leadership for those with relevant experience and seniority.
Regulatory Compliance
To establish and maintain adhere of Enterprise and Solution Architecture, Cloud, Data and AI assets and related IT operational processes in compliance with regulatory and internal P&P.
To ensure compliance with IT-Security, good project management practices, regulatory requirements and audit. Specifically:

MAS Notices FSM-N05 (Technology Risk Management), FSM-N06 (Cyber Hygiene), MAS 658 (Outsourcing)
MAS Outsourcing Guidelines
Group Framework and Policies
Group Guidelines and Checklists (in particular Group IT Security guidelines and checklists)
IT Department SOPs.
Requirements:
University Bachelor's Degree preferably majoring in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field. OR equivalent on the job expertise obtained.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT enterprise architecture related roles
Banking & financial services experience preferred.
