Job Description - IT Support Specialist


JOB DESCRIPTION
Cargospot is the main and most critical system of the Group used in most of the subsidiaries of the Group around the world. As a member of the IT Team of the Holding of the Group,you’ll be part of the team in charge of supporting the users in the daily operations with the system.


MISSIONS
Cargospot helpdesk activities:



  • Provide technical and functional assistance to the users of the Cargospot system wherever they are located

  • Record, answer, ensure follow-up and closure of the incidents and requests received for Cargospot

  • Escalate the more severe issues and ensure relation with CHAMP, the provider, during investigations



Cargospot general support:



  • Ensure the general follow-up with the entities located in your timezone(weekly follow-up)

  • Contribute to the communication and information actions (e.g.newsletters, information notice)

  • Produce and maintain the supporting materials including training, technical and functional documentation

  • Participate to the test campaign for new releases of the product and corresponding support to the users

  • Support the entities configuration activities: initial set-up weekly uploads of data (e.g.schedule or rates)

  • Contribute to the projects in relation with Cargospot



IT Team transversal topics:



  • Ensure the general (not only Cargospot) helpdesk follow-up during your timezone shift

  • Participate to the IT transversal projects



PROFILE



Qualification:



2 years of experience







Competences:



  • Organization,method,autonomy
    Customer relation and desire to achieve results

  • Communication and pedagogy

  • Teamwork



Knowledge



  • Experience with using IT systems

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office (i.e.Word,Excel,PowerPoint)

  • Initial knowledge of the fret in the airline industry is a plus



​Languages



  • English(fluently spoken and written)

  • Second language geographically related
