Legal Associate in Banking & Finance Practice

Who are we looking for?

We are looking to hire junior to mid-level Singapore-qualified Associates to join our Banking & Finance Practice in our Singapore office.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a well-established law firm focusing on providing legal advice to domestic and international banks and other financial institutions, as well as their clients on a wide variety of instruments and cross-border transactions.

The Role Will Involve

Exposure to all forms of banking and finance work, including the following areas:

1. Corporate Banking
2. Trade Finance
3. Project Finance
4. Structured Finance
5. Green & Sustainable Finance
6. Islamic Banking
7. Debt Capital Markets

Key Skills and Experience

1. 2 to 4 years' PQE Singapore qualified lawyer.
2. Relevant experience in banking & finance work.
3. Good grounding in legal knowledge and skills.
4. Works well in a team as well as independently.
5. Possesses initiative, drive and commercial acumen.
6. Good communication skills.
