Description

Key Responsibilities:


Transaction Execution and Client Servicing



  • Manage end-to-end execution of loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments and prepayments (non-trade related), ensuring seamless processing

  • Handle fixed deposit placements, renewals, rollovers and premature withdrawals, including calculation and communication of applicable terms and charges

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of all transaction

  • Coordinate with clients to ensure documentation completeness and readiness

  • Act as a key coordination point to ensure smooth execution across internal and external stakeholders

  • Escalate issues proactively and drive resolution

  • Monitor upcoming loan maturities, rollover requirements and deposit renewal opportunities

  • Maintain internal trackers and management information relating to loan and deposit activities

  • Coordinate with Relationship Managers and product partners to support portfolio monitoring, optimization and client servicing initiatives

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities across CASA, fixed deposits, FX products, structured deposits, interest rate hedging solutions, etc. (where applicable) 

  • Work with product partners to refer and enable deal execution

  • Coordinate client onboarding activities, including account opening, KYC documentation and fulfilment of internal onboarding requirements.


Pricing and Margin Management 



  • Partner Relationship Managers (RMs) on indicative and confirmed pricing for loans and deposits

  • Validate pricing components with Treasury, including (but not limited to) cost of funds, credit funding factors, etc. 

  • Ensure adherence to approved margins and governance standards


Risk, Controls and Compliance



  • Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

  • Maintain high standards of operational control and documentation accuracy

  • Monitor excess, exception and limit reports and coordinate remediation with relevant stakeholders 

  • Escalate breaches, exceptions and unresolved issues on a timely basis Support audit and compliance reviews where required

  • Champion a client-centric service culture

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance turnaround time and efficiency

  • Prepare and coordinate periodic risk, exception and control reports for management review


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s or any related disciplines (Finance/ Business/ Banking) or equivalent professional qualification

  • Relevant experience in credit analysis, banking risk management, corporate banking, FI banking, loan administration, middle support, client service and/or treasury support.

  • Familiarity with financial markets products is advantageous

  • Working knowledge of lending products and loan lifecycle

  • Working knowledge of deposit products and pricing

  • Strong client service orientation

  • Attention to detail and operational accuracy

  • Stakeholder management and collaboration

  • Analytical thinking (especially in pricing validation)

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions under time pressure

  • Team player
