The Rewards team, which sits within People Operations (Pops) team, drives all global compensation and benefits programmes in Grab. We strive to maintain a fair and competitive total rewards framework for Grab, and equip our people managers with appropriate and consistent rewards tools to attract, motivate and retain talent within their organisations.

Get to Know the Role

As a Manager, Rewards, you will help improve Grab's rewards practices across the organisation. We believe that your understanding of a global rewards function from a headquartered role standpoint and can translate your knowledge into practical and creative solutions to rewards related matters. You will guide rewards programmes based on an analytical approach balanced with judgement.

You will be an individual contributor and report to the Head of Rewards.

Grab has a 5-day in-office arrangement.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Diagnose where our rewards practices are falling short against market and business goals, and drive the enhancements that keep us competitive and aligned to strategy.
• Design compensation structures and incentive plans ground-up, translating ambiguous business problems into practical, defensible reward solutions.
• Own our market intelligence — lead participation in compensation and benefits surveys, and turn market data into a clear point of view on how Grab should position its pay.
• Partner with People Operations to build rewards fluency across the organisation, shaping how our rewards philosophy is understood and landed with leaders and employees.
• Act as trusted advisor on the full rewards spectrum — base salary, bonus and incentive programmes, equity compensation, and benefits — influencing decisions at senior levels.
• Lead rewards analysis and due diligence for M&A and executive compensation, owning the high-stakes, judgement-heavy work that shapes deals and top-of-house pay.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 5 or more years of experience in Rewards in technology, fintech, high-growth organisations
• Track records of solving complex problems and managing organisational change through ambiguous situations
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Structured analytical skills with demonstrated judgement, shown through your experience managing complex compensation related challenges
• Familiarity with applying Generative AI tools in applying solutions to rewards practices
