Senior Executive, Sephora Collection Demand Planner
The Senior Executive, Sephora Collection Demand Planner is responsible for leading all demand planning activities for Sephora Collection, maintaining the optimum balance between service levels (stock availability), cash (stock levels), and costs in our warehouses.

Demand Planning and Forecasting
- Reviewing sales forecasts for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand by integrating commercial targets, financial planning, new store openings, launch pipelines, and product lifecycle to achieve target forecast accuracy
- Reviewing and collaborating closely with Merchandising to forecast both active and new product launches
- Conducting new launch forecast alignment with Merchandising and challenging the numbers when necessary
- Conducting monthly root cause analysis on forecast inaccuracy to continuously refine forecasting models and methodologies
- Partnering with Merchandising and local business partners to ensure local knowledge is incorporated into the demand forecasts
- Actively review and update product assortments
Coordinating with Supply Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance Teams
- Actively participate in S&OP processes to align on sales forecasts, financial plans, launch and animation plans
- Monitoring and communicating supply chain risks – shortage risk, slow-moving products and discontinued products with Merchandising to determine inventory reduction plans and ensuring minimal ageing stock
- Partnering with Merchandising to conduct post-launch analysis, identifying root causes for variance
Process and Tool Optimisation
- Defining, developing and implementing action plans aimed at improving planning processes, methodologies, and analytical tools
We would love to hear from you if you are/have…
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain management, FMCG industry preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to draw conclusions and recommend appropriate actions in response to data
- SAP system experience preferred
- Open to new ideas, driving continuous improvement, and challenging status quo
