Operation coordinator (West / AWS+VB)

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinating all outbound and inbound activities with the sources and follow up with necessary documentation.
• Ensuring on-time delivery to customer is met
• Providing full set of shipping documents and ensuring timely invoicing to customer.
• Prepare full set of shipment documents to customs clearance.
• Support Order fulfilment closure on a monthly basis.
• Handle day to day customer inquiries 
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements:

• GCE “O” level
• Required to work on rotating shift
• Have at least 1 year of relevant work experiences in a warehouse environment.
