Operations & Service Associate

The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 

 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Team and Position Summary

The Operations & Service team liaises with Bank customers on a daily basis for the execution of instructions tasked by the Banks, as well as on the production statuses of the Banks’ inventories and User Acceptance Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily coordination between Bank customers and internal Production


• Reporting of card statuses and inventory levels to the banks


• Preparation of monthly billing reports


• Participate in monthly Service Level meetings with the banks and / or card stock take with the banks


• Attending project meetings with the banks


• Participate in negotiation discussions with the banks


• Management of card inventory in production


• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work 

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word


• Comfortable working in production setting
