Job Description - Operations Officer (Cross -Border Trucking)

Job Scope

â¢ Takes bookings from customers for export & import cross-border trucking shipments

â¢ Handles customer services, complaints and process paper documentation

â¢ Applies for local & overseas customs permits for cross-border trucking

â¢ Coordinates customersâ inquiries and requests

â¢ Attends to problems and customersâ complaints

â¢ Attends to delivery of goods as and when they arrive

â¢ Ensures that the cargoes are delivered according to customersâ requirements

â¢ Updates receiving and delivery status of cargoes promptly in UFS

â¢ Prepares road delivery reports for customers

â¢ Liaise and coordinates with overseas offices on cross-border delivery schedules

â¢ Prepares invoices to customers

Job Requirements

â¢ 2 to 3 years of experience in cross-border operations, trucking and customs documentation in the freight forwarding industry is highly advantageous. Candidates with a proven track record in similar operational or logistics environments are also welcome to apply

â¢ GCE âOâ Level

â¢ Computer literate

Working hours:

Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm
