Job Description

• Design and implement cloud infrastructures aligned with business needs and industry standards
• Maintain a clear vision of infrastructure roadmaps and strategies while adapting to evolving client requirements
• Create and execute migration strategies for workload transition to cloud platforms
• Master Oracle Database administration and cloud infrastructure management
• Implement and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions
• Support Oracle environments (databases and applications) within a 24/7 on-call schedule
• Design and manage cloud-native solutions and application development
• Establish transparent and regular communication with all stakeholders
• Support clients during their business hours across different time zones (North American, European, or other)
• Work effectively within the Infrastructure Support team
• Manage client relationships and understand their technical needs
• Monitor and ensure security of clients' cloud infrastructure
• Perform database migrations and transformations
• Implement best practices for cloud technologies
• Support both on-premises and cloud environments
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Database administration experience, with solid experience in cloud infrastructure and solutions (OCI, AWS, and/or Azure). 
• Preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Oracle solutions (APEX, Forms/Reports, EBS, WebLogic) and technologies (Docker, Tomcat). 
• Possess knowledge of cloud-native concepts and market trends is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and clients at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguous situations, and thrive in a dynamic, growing environment. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach are essential.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English to effectively communicate with global clients and partners.
• Willing to accommodate and work across different time zones (North American, European, or other) when required.

Compensation

• Remote / Work From Home
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
