Outdoor sales

·                Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of strata manager,
main contractor n end user house owner

·                50% hunter n 50% farmer role. Able to look for new clients

·                Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices,
quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering
catalogues and engineering data to customers

·                Attend site meetings, customers complaints and subsequently coordinate
and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues

·                Any other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

·                Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

·                 2 years of technical experience
with knowledge in air-conditioning systems or facilities management

·                Able to speak at least 1 singapore dialect.
