Job Description - Payroll Administrator/Processing

Key Responsibilities

  • Process two (2) payroll runs each month, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll administration.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including payroll changes, statutory submissions, payslips, payroll reporting, and GL reconciliations.
  • Process staff claims and resolve payroll- and payment-related queries by liaising with employees and HR Business Partners.
  • Monitor and implement changes to payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and company policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Prepare payroll reports, maintain accurate and confidential payroll records, and support month-end payroll activities.
  • Support payroll system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience in payroll and finance administration
  • Good knowledge of payroll processes and statutory regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently

Duration/Working hours:

2 years (Oct 2026)

42 hours per week
