Our technology starts with you.\n\nROLE \u0026 RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n 1. Manage a cost-effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, through the provision of engineering support to the production line, so as to achieve organization\u0027s targeted manufacturing index. \n 2. Take full ownership on all engineering issues of assigned process.\n 3. Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.\n 4. Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors and Shift Engineers to achieve overall committed targets.\n 5. Maintain, manage \u0026 improve department quality key performance index (wafer scrap, defectivity, SPC, FDC, non-conformance lot, excursion etc.)\n 6. Establish robust process control system for Si \u0026 SiC to maintain the lowest Wafer At Risk (WAR) level, highest signal to noise ratio on SPC \u0026 FDC, and minimize human dependency. \n 7. Implement Best Known Method (BKM) for overall quality control system through benchmarking.\n 8. Participate with the local team in selected projects or activities such as cost reduction, process robustness, quality improvement, cycle time improvement. \n\n\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.\n * Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply\n * Good problem-solving and analytical skills.\n * Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations related to dose concentration, angle, and air pressure.\n * Self-initiated, proactive, and able to communicate clearly.\n * Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
