Procurement Manager

Our growing team is looking for a Procurement Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will lead all procurement functions within the company focusing on sourcing, and procurement strategies to support rapid growth and product commercialization. This role is responsible for building resilient, scalable supply chains across corporate, engineering, manufacturing, and operations while balancing cost, quality, risk, and speed in a highly technical environment.

As part of your responsibilities, you will be:

• Develop and execute a global supply chain and procurement strategy aligned with product roadmap, growth plans, and margin targets
• Own strategic sourcing and supplier selection for complex, high precision components and services, including contract manufacturers and key technology partners
• Lead supplier negotiations, contracting, and long term supply agreements to ensure cost competitiveness, continuity of supply, and risk mitigation
• Build and manage strong global supplier relationships, including performance management, quality, and continuous improvement
• Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to support NPI, scaling production, and lifecycle management focusing on inventory, demand and capacity planning.
• Establish and optimize procurement processes, tools, and governance to support a growing global organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA or professional procurement certification is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, or sourcing
• Proven experience managing global supply chains in a highly technical, hardware-based environment (e.g., semiconductors, photonics, advanced manufacturing, electronics)
• Demonstrated success scaling supply chains in high growth companies and environments
• Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex, high value supplier relationships
• Experience supporting NPI and transition from R&D to volume manufacturing
• Strong analytical, financial, and operational mindset with comfort working in ambiguity and defining and creating processes
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, as required for working with our global team frequently
