Job Description - Product Development & Research Scientist

Job Responsibilities:

Be part of the R&D innovation team for the development of new products and continual improvement of existing products/processes.
Plan and execute laboratory experimental work (Planning, conducting of experiment, troubleshooting and data analysis)
Perform validation and verification of new products
Participate in the continuous improvements of current product and new product innovation
Maintain accurate, detailed and up-to-date documentation of data.
Support team in identifying and providing documents to meet regulatory requirements.
Work closely with supervisor and team to meet project deadlines.
Communicate with collaborators on project-related work.
Other relevant tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree or Minimum Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences / Molecular Biotechnology / Biotechnology or a related discipline with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in ISO13485 setting preferred.
Fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates.
Attention to details.
Enthusiastic with positive outlook to handle challenges and deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as a team player with good communication skills.
