Program Management Lead - Large Scale data centre build!

This is a phenomenal career opportunity to step into a highly visible, standing leadership role within the Technology Group. You will own the strategy and execution of a flagship, multi-million-dollar Data Centre Build-Out in Singapore while establishing and leading the organization's permanent Infrastructure PMO.

You will have the opportunity to:
drive the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of a complex, greenfield/colocation Data Centre Build-Out, owning everything from site selection, capacity design (MEP, power density, cooling), and construction through to network cutovers, migration waves, and steady-state handover. Serving as the primary interface to executive leadership, steering committees, and the Board, you will establish and run a permanent Infrastructure PMO to govern all wider infrastructure change. Furthermore, you will direct RFI/RFP processes, negotiate complex colocation leases and multi-million-dollar budgets, and lead a matrixed delivery team alongside Managed Service Provider (MSP) PMaaS resources to ensure high-resiliency, scalable, and modular infrastructure delivery.

You will bring your experience of:
15 to 18+ years of senior programme management leadership within data centre builds, backed by a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering (PMP, PgMP, or Uptime Institute certifications are strongly preferred). You possess deep technical command of data centre facilities (power, cooling, space, network topology), combined with proven commercial expertise in contract negotiations, lease agreements, and vendor management. A strategic and resilient executive leader, you excel at managing complex multi-million-dollar budgets, setting up PMO governance frameworks, driving multi-vendor execution, and influencing C-suite stakeholders in a fast-paced global investment ecosystem.
