Job Description - Programme Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate programme operations, participant onboarding, and engagement activities.
  • Track participant enrolment, progress, and programme milestones.
  • Handle participant and stakeholder enquiries, providing timely support and issue resolution.
  • Provide first-line support for the programme's digital platform.
  • Coordinate programme logistics, communications, and administrative documentation.
  • Support marketing initiatives, participant communications, and engagement reporting.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Perform other operational and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, FormSG, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in digital programmes, healthcare, public sector, or service operations is an advantage.

Duration/Working hours:

8 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
