Job Description - Project / Assistant Project Manager (Warehouse Automation & Handling Systems)

Responsibilities:

Collection of business requirements from clients, conduct related analysis, and transfer the business requirement to functional requirements
Provide integration solution leading the projects from end-to-end
Write up weekly reports for stakeholders about project status updates
Manage communication and coordination activities with all key stakeholders of the projects
Liaise with other internal teams and clients on getting consent of the project plan.
Manage internal and external communication including project risk and status
Responsible for overall project management (including Design, project planning & management, site progress monitoring, tests monitoring etc.)
Supervise and support junior colleagues on project risks measures and ensure projects delivery according to the project milestones

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline;
At least 3 years’ experience of warehouse operation/solution design/material handling equipment in logistics /3PL industry with Project & Site Management will be an advantage
Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS) or equivalent system is a plus
Ability to facilitate and drive cross-department collaboration and communication;
Good communication skills - To handle project/ system related queries and concerns from English and Chinese speaking counterparts with regards to projects
Good computer literacy, software skills (AutoCAD, Project) will be an advantage
Willing to work with different clients from overseas region
Wiling to travel and be stationed overseas for assignments
