Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting offshore projects in Southeast Asia. In this role, you will serve as a central point of coordination between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating the smooth execution of all project-related activities.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support project activities by verifying supplier and project statuses with stakeholders prior to payment processing.
  • Coordinate closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to execute project-related tasks in alignment with company policies.
  • Verify Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for both corporate and project documentation.
  • Verify accuracy of invoices with purchase orders and process payments in accordance with internal financial policies.
  • Prepare and verify documents for vendor and Letter of Credit (LC) payments.
  • Act as the key contact in Singapore to support offshore project operations in the Philippines.

 

    Qualifications

    • At least 3 years of relevant administrative work experience.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting principleslogistics, and procurement processes.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
    • Strong communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented, and good learning mindset.
    • Prior experience in the shipping or offshore industry and familiarity with M&E materials procurement is advantageous.
