Project Engineer

Established construction firm specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, offering services in design, development, and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the transmission of documents and drawings to clients and subcontractors accurately.
• Prepare method statements and work procedures.
• Ensure work follows the approved method statements.
• Liaise with sub-cons to keep track of project progress.
• Coordinate construction activities to meet QOSHE (Quality, Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment) standards.
• Risk assessments for the project.
• Procurement and managing material usage to avoid wastage or misuse.
• Assist the Project Manager with coordinating change orders with consultants.
• Organize labour, equipment, and materials for daily site tasks.
• Perform material inspections upon receipt and maintain records, ensuring delivery orders are returned to HQ.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain inspection logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of experience in building-related projects.
• Able to work independently and willing to commit weekends.
