Project Manager

• Direct end to end planning, scheduling, and delivery of IT and cloud infrastructure projects across multiple business units.
  


• Formulate project budgets, resource allocation plans, and delivery timelines, tracking progress against defined milestones.
  


• Coordinate with software engineers, cloud architects, and vendors to ensure alignment with technical requirements and project scope.
  


• Oversee procurement and management of licensing, cloud services, and third party vendor contracts required for project execution.
  


• Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues promptly and implementing corrective action plans where needed.
  


• Utilise project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project to track deliverables and report status.
  


• Monitor cloud migration, deployment, and infrastructure rollout activities to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  


• Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders, development teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  


• Compile and present project status reports, risk assessments, and cost summaries to senior management.
  


• Ensure all project activities comply with data governance, security standards, and applicable IT industry regulations.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  


• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in IT or cloud project management.
  


• Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
  


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross functional teams and translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences.
