We are looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to lead our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental function and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001, API Q1 and customer requirements.
Handle customer complaints, non-conformances, root cause analysis and CAPA.
Manage supplier quality, material traceability, MTCs and quality documentation.
Coordinate internal, supplier, customer and external audits.
Monitor quality KPIs and report to management.
Lead Workplace Safety & Health compliance, including RA, SWP, inspections and incident investigations.
Conduct QHSE training and promote a strong quality and safety culture.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of Quality/QHSE experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, precision engineering, manufacturing or metal-related industries.
At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1, supplier quality and material traceability.
Good understanding of Singapore WSH regulations.
Able to read engineering drawings and material specifications.
Preferred
ISO 9001 / API Q1 Lead Auditor
WSHO or recognised Singapore WSH qualification
Lean / Six Sigma / Risk Management certification

Position Summary
QHSE Manager is responsible for leading the Company's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) function, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory and company requirements while driving a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement.
The role is primarily focused on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring product quality, material traceability, customer satisfaction and supplier quality, while also overseeing Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) compliance across warehouse, machining and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Management Representative for the Company's Quality Management System.
Maintain and continuously improve the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001, API Q1 and customer requirements.
Manage customer complaints, supplier non-conformances and internal non-conformances, including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and closure.
Monitor quality performance through KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
Ensure material traceability and proper control of Mill Test Certificates (MTCs), inspection records and quality documentation.
Coordinate internal, supplier and external audits, customer surveys and management review meetings.
Qualify, evaluate and monitor supplier performance and process supplier quality issues and mill claims.
Review customer specifications, quality requirements and support customer and third-party inspections.
Develop and deliver QHSE training programmes and promote a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement.
Lead the Company's Workplace Safety & Health programme in compliance with Singapore WSH legislation.
Maintain Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), incident investigations, emergency response plans and workplace inspections.
Conduct safety meetings, promote hazard reporting, ensure corrective actions are implemented and foster a proactive safety culture.
Liaise with customers, certification bodies and regulatory authorities on quality and HSE matters.
Support operational excellence initiatives and undertake other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years' experience in Quality or QHSE within Oil & Gas, precision machining, metal distribution, manufacturing or related industries.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1, quality systems, supplier quality, material traceability and customer quality requirements.
Good understanding of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and risk management.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, material specifications and customer requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Certifications
ISO 9001 / API Q1 Lead Auditor
WSH Officer (WSHO) or other recognised Singapore WSH qualifications
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent)
