Quality Controller (Assembly)

Job Summary:

·       Salary up to $3700

·       5 days week

·       Location : Jurong

Job Responsibilities:

 Â·   Conduct detailed visual and
dimensional inspections to ensure product quality meets specifications.

• Verify that all assembly
  processes comply with established quality standards.
  
• Perform functional tests on
  assembled products to check for defects, malfunctions or inconsistencies.
  
• Maintain accurate and
  comprehensive records of inspection results and any corrective actions
  taken.
  
• Prepare quality control
  reports
  
• Perform quality inspections
  in other manufacturing departments as needed.
  
• Use precision measuring tools
  such as calipers, micrometers, gauge and CMM (Coordinate Measuring
  Machines) to inspect dimensions and tolerances of components.
  
• Work within a clean room
  environment, ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness standards.
  
• Participate in internal
  audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at
  reducing defects and enhancing product quality.
  

Requirements:

• A
  diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is
  preferred.
  
• Certifications
  in Quality Control
  
• At
  least 2 -3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing
  environment.
  
• Familiarity
  with ISO 9001 quality standards and clean room protocols is an added advantage.
