The role

We are seeking a hands-on Regional Lead based in Singapore to manage the APAC expansion for one of our most significant global enterprise accounts.

At the heart of this role is a high-impact retail advocacy and sales training initiative. Currently operational across six markets - including Australia and Japan, the program is on an ambitious rollout towards more than twenty countries.

While the core platform is established and performing, we are looking for a dedicated owner to ensure the platform resonates locally while maintaining global standards, for every partner and market.

You will collaborate with diverse customer stakeholders, including global teams, regional counterparts, and country leads responsible for retail partnerships, local marketing, and content development.

Day to day this looks like

Being the Primary Point of Contact (APAC): Serve as the central link between global, regional, and country stakeholders. Maintaining consistency and ensuring the timely delivery of configuration and assets for testing, and assertively addressing project delays.

Drive Partner Engagement and Marketing: Oversee partner relationships, local content, and marketing efforts across your region. Collaboration with the country leads proactively driving successful adoption, intervening proactively where necessary to resolve queries or issues.

Maintain the Master Plan: Manage a dynamic, comprehensive plan that tracks every market and partner - including dates, content, and rewards, ensuring the plan remains accurate and transparent.

Manage Launch Readiness: Coordinate all phases of market entry, including readiness, testing, audience management, campaigns, and compliance. Provide clear and transparent advice to the customer regarding market launch readiness.

Hands-on platform delivery: Practically build, configure, administer and manage the set up of Thrive Platform on behalf of customers, getting hands on to help curate content, structure learning experiences and manage the configuration of the platform.

Coordinate Internal Teams: Actively facilitate cross-functional collaboration by maintaining open communication with content publishing, and platform teams. Proactively align stakeholders on shared timelines, foster ongoing cooperation, and partner directly with internal teams on platform configuration to ensure seamless execution.

Monitor Post-Launch Performance: Foster a culture of proactive risk management by anticipating potential challenges early. Facilitate collaborative problem-solving by assigning clear owners and establishing shared deadlines, ensuring that risks are surfaced and addressed through open communication well before they impact critical milestones.

Skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing implementation, solutions consulting, or customer success.

• Proven track record owning complex, multi-market enterprise rollouts.

• Deep hands-on experience with LMS or LXP ecosystems, with desired experience having used and managed the Thrive Platform directly in a previous role before. You know your way around the platform and can pick it up with minimal ramp-up.

• Consultative approach to platform configuration, release management, and regional-specific project support.

• Strategic regional advocate: capable of identifying support trends and proactively mitigating market-specific risks to ensure continuous improvement.

• Proven ability to drive platform adoption and engagement, supporting the customer with targeted campaigns and data-driven insights.

• Comfortable building credibility with senior stakeholders and diplomatic enough to challenge them effectively.
