Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify new products, technologies, and market opportunities.
  
• Plan and coordinate R&D initiatives from concept through implementation.
  
• Develop and implement new programs, processes, and operational protocols.
  
• Oversee the development and testing of new products.
  
• Coordinate with cross -functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Analyze research findings and recommend improvements.
  
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  
• Prepare technical documentation and progress reports.

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess relevant experience in research, product development, or innovation management. Typical: 3–6 years of experience coordinating R&D projects, product development, or continuous improvement initiatives within a corporate environment.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Business, or related field (Typical)
  
• Preferred: Master's Degree in a relevant discipline
  
• Additional: Project Management or Product Development certifications (Typical)
