Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for a Sales Coordinator.

Job Description

• Preparation and storage of contracts and other documents related to imports and exports
• System entry of sales and purchase results
• Communication of documents and messages with some business partners
• Responding to various requests from sales staff and head office
• Assisting Sales staff to follow up with outstanding payments from customers

Requirement

• Diploma /Degree equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
• Organized and meticulous
• Ability to work under deadline
