Sales Engineer [Semicon/ Central/ B2B Sales]

Responsibilities :
The selected candidate will be expected to engage in 50% of hunting duties (scout and bring in new clients) and 50% of farming duties (reaching out to existing client base).
 

• Oversee and monitor distributor performance, ensuring maximized efforts to achieve sales targets.
• Connect with and offer assistance to distributors and customers to drive in new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales coordinator and negotiate with the factory to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide support to international customers, particularly in the SE Asia region.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure strong customer support and conduct visits to key markets across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

Requirements :

• Minimally 1 year of B2B sales experience within the semiconductor manufacturing, electrical, electronic or other related industries
• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in handling products/components such as Servo Tuning, controller, EtherCAT, etc.
• Candidates with proficiency in Japanese language will have an added advantage to liaise with internal and external Japanese-speaking stakeholders
