Responsibilities 

• Manage sales of flat steel products and work on expanding the business internationally.
• Build strong relationships with existing mills and customers, and identify new potential clients for business growth.
• Proactively manage relationships to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
• Implement business strategies set by management to boost steel product sales.
• Track market trends and competitive information to uncover new sales opportunities and drive steel sales growth.
• Prepare reports and presentations for business analysis and decision-making.
• Research, analyze, and provide recommendations on market opportunities to maximize earnings and meet sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in steel merchandising and trading.
• In-depth knowledge of steel products, including hot rolled coil, cold rolled coil, and galvanized steel (GI).
• At least 3 years of experience working in a multinational company.
• Established network of industry contacts and customers with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing and able to travel as required for business purposes.
