Take lead role in forecasting activities across different business units and countries, working with various functional teams to improve the processes.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, track pipeline movements, and track the performance of key performance levers.
Support weekly Sales Forecast Review work through data preparation/commentaries.
Submit accurate Order Intake and Sales Forecast on monthly basis.
Monitor and control monthly sales landing to ensure forecast accuracy.
Assist in ad-hoc reporting and support scenario analysis as needed.
Support leadership team on Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and Annual Planning preparation
Support regional execution of priority strategies initiatives.
Prepares and presents value-added analytical reports to management.
Enhance, develop, and review KPI and dashboard reporting for sales team.
Provide effective CRM support and train the sales team on role specific functionality and any new enhancements that are completed.
Provide SIP Quota setting support to sales team to facilitate timely and accurate quota setting.
Oversee entire sales process and ensure that systems operate smoothly.
Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
Be an escalation point that enable the sales team in their day-to-day challenges.
Share findings with Business Operations Managers and sales team members.
Provides input into potential process improvements for tasks and processes.
Requirements:
1-4 years relevant experience in the field.
Strong knowledge of numerical analysis and reporting - including compiling, calculating, and analyzing numbers.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with forecasting models.
Able to work under pressure.
Works under minimal supervision with the ability to independently determines and develops various approaches to solutions.
An exceptional high EQ with the ability to manage all levels of stakeholders and complexity within a matrix organization.
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing environments and initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate sound judgment and common sense.
Strong in mapping processes and developing process roadmap.
Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and a reporting software ( Business Objects is preferred)
Sales Incentives Plan (SIP) - Experience working with an Incentive Compensation Management system is desired as well as SIP administration and strategy experience.
CRM - Experience with supporting, reporting, and developing dashboards within a CRM platform, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
