Our client, which is based in Singapore, operates a group of brands offering a full ecosystem of vehicle-related services. It started as a private hire car leasing provider to support the rise of the sharing economy with platforms like Uber and Grab. In under eight years, it became one of the largest fleet operators in Singapore, mainly serving ride-hailing drivers.



The business has since expanded into personal and corporate vehicle leasing, as well as vehicle purchasing and financing. Today, the company is entering a new growth phase, welcoming individual consumers and merchants into its ecosystem. With a strong vehicle fleet and driver network, it continues to innovate in areas such as vehicle setup, driver upskilling, and mobility tech solutions that support everyday life.



Job Responsibilities

● Research and identify potential prospects for PHV leasing sales opportunities.

● Generate leads through various creative channels and follow up effectively.

● Engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

● Manage the entire sales process, including after-sales service.

● Understand customer needs and recommend suitable leasing solutions.

● Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

● Conduct monthly market research on the PHV industry and competitive landscape.



Qualifications & Experiences Needed

● Possess at least Degree in any discipline or its equivalent.

● Proactive and capable of thinking creatively.

● Highly motivated.

● Proficient in both written and spoken English.

● Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

● Works well as part of a team.

● Willing to work on rotating shifts: 8am–5pm on weekdays, 10am–2pm on weekends and public holidays.

● Willing to relocate and reside in Singapore.
