Senior AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale AI/Agentic AI solutions with real business impact.
• Develop end-to-end workflows integrating AI with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on solution design and system integration.
• Enhance user interfaces and hybrid solutions (backend, frontend, LLM, RPA).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production AI pipelines and services.
• Apply security best practices and ensure enterprise-grade reliability.
• Conduct applied R&D to stay ahead of AI advancements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or AI/ML.
• 3–5 years of experience in software & AI solution development.
• Strong skills in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, SQL.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering.
• Experience with APIs (REST, gRPC, MCP), middleware (SSO, OAuth2, JWT).
• Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Passion for applied R&D, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
