The job holder is responsible for providing administrative support for the Department of Paediatrics.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Manage claims/ billings efficiently, ensuring timely disbursement while adhering to policies and avoiding administrative delays, audit issues or complains.
Manage Onboarding/ off boarding: Close monitoring and co-ordination with RO on all types of staff onboarding.
IT assets management of hardware, tracking of assets for the department.
Doctor’s cfte tracking, ensuring all documents are filed and tracked.
Comprehensive secretarial support to Clinical HOD including organising and scheduling department meetings (Operations and Administrative meetings).
Mange IO/ research grants utilisation, claims and workflow.
Manage office repairs and minor renovation projects.
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
Cross coverage when colleagues are away on leave.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy/ Business Administration.
At least 3 years of working experience.
Strong analytical skills, good time management, responsive and result orientated.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
