The Opportunity   

• 
  

  Design development of Electrical Services (LV & ELV) in various stage of building and/or other projects, including tender, conceptual and detail design stages; contract documentation, authority submissions, contract administration, attending site meetings.   

  
  

• 
  

  Providing design calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications.   

  
  

• 
  

  Hands on electrical services design for a range of projects and able to operate as an electrical services designer role for medium and large-scale projects.   

  
  

• 
  

  To assist reviewing and preparation of general and specifications or project, review contractor’s shop drawing and alternative design proposal.   

  
  

• 
  

  Liaise with other discipline designers to resolve design development.   

  
  

• 
  

  Supporting the firm’s compliance in maintaining ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 requirement.   

  
  

• 
  

  Delivery of projects and ensure that technical deliverables are on-time and within budget   

  
  

• 
  

  Play an active role contributing to technical excellence in our Electrical Practice.   

  
  

•

About you:   

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and or related field.   

  
  

• 
  

  5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering/building services industry in a consulting firm essential.  

  
  

• 
  

  Experience with BIM (Revit) skills, ETAP, VipCoda, ProDesign, Dialux, or a willingness to learn computer modelling techniques/tools, e.g.,     

  
  

• 
  

  Working towards professional or chartered engineering status.   

  
  

• 
  

  Understanding of local regulatory and code requirements.   

  
  

• 
  

  Motivated and enthusiastic with a growth mindset.   

  
  

• 
  

  Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex issues and concepts clearly, succinctly and with influence.
