Senior Engineer, Public Cloud & DevSecOps Engineering

The Senior Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions that leverage AWS and Azure platforms. The primary objective is to enhance operational efficiency and scalability through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices. This role aims to ensure a secure, robust, and resilient cloud environment that meets business requirements while adhering to industry best practices and DevSecOps methodologies. 

Make an Impact by: 

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS and Azure. 


• Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, and CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources 


• Collaborate with development/project teams to identify and implement cloud-based solutions that meet application, business, and security needs. 


• Implement CI/CD pipelines that incorporate security measures following DevSecOps principles. 


• Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, and security, responding to incidents and alerts as necessary. 


• Conduct regular assessments of cloud architectures to identify areas for optimization and improvement. 


• Document cloud architecture, processes, and best practices for development and operation teams. 


• Provide technical support and guidance for cloud-related queries and issues. 


• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in cloud computing and DevSecOps.

Skills for Success: 

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.  


• 3~4 years proven experience with cloud services on AWS/Azure, including architecture design and implementation  


• Strong proficiency in IaC tools: Terraform, Bicep, and CloudFormation. 


• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks 


• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for cloud environment 


• Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices, tools, and methodologies. 


• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, compliance standards, and risk management  


• Documentation of architecture, standards, and patterns. 


• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation abilities\
