Job Description - Senior UX/UI/Product Designer

Description:

Senior UX/UI/Product Designer

Research and discovery: benchmark competitors and best practices. Tap into the network to deliver industry benchmarking.

Strategy and definition: define experience principles, and help prioritise the MVP scope with the Product Owner.

Information architecture and flows: design the navigation model, user flows, and task flows.

Wireframing and prototyping: create low- to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to test and align on concepts quickly.

Visual and UI design: produce high-fidelity screens for iOS and Android, applying brand, accessibility standards, microinteractions, and platform guidelines (HIG, Material).

Design system: Apply existing SCB Design system components, patterns, and tokens, and document usage guidelines for consistency and scalability.

Must be great at presenting their work, clear communicators, and comfortable presenting to senior leaders

Usability testing and validation: plan and facilitate high level tests, analyse results, and iterate designs based on evidence..

Collaboration and stakeholder management: present and defend design decisions to SCB stakeholders.
