We are looking for a Guest Service Officer (Horizon Club) to join our team!

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.


• Handle check-out, process payments, and address any billing inquiries.


• Creates a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develops teamwork, guest care and respect amongst colleagues.


• Builds relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty


• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction.


• Coordinate with other hotel departments to resolve issues.

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar capacity in an international class hotel
